Samsung's apology letter published in three high-profile newspapers
In fact, Samsung ran a full-page apology ad in three different newspapers in the United States. It looks like a letter to customers in this country and it's signed by the CEO of Samsung Electronics North America, Gregory Lee.In this letter, Samsung promises to “will re-examine every aspect of the device, including all hardware, software, manufacturing and the overall battery structure.
