HMD Global, the company that bought the rights to release Nokia handsets, is likely to announce at least to phones early next year. One of them could be the long-rumored Nokia D1C, which was recently spotted in some benchmarks.
We have also reported over the weekend about unofficial renders of the smartphone that were based on actual prototype units that are being tested by HMD Global at the moment.
Today, we have even more pictures showing a Nokia Android smartphone that hasn't been announced yet. However, this doesn't look like an actual working phone, but rather the rear panel of a smartphone.
If you like the renders that were leaked last week, you'll be pleased to know that the rear panel in the live pictures comes in line with those renders based on prototype units.
Other than that, there aren't any additional information that the source shared along with the design of the rear panel, but if you did not follow our previous stories, here is a quick rundown of what to expect from the Nokia D1C or whatever its name.
First of all, the smartphone will be powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor and an Adreno 505 graphics processing unit. It will pack 3GB RAM and 32GB of internal memory.
The phone will include a 13-megapixel camera on the back, as well as a secondary 8-megapixel selfie camera in the front. It will probably feature an all-metal unibody design, different versions made from polycarbonate might be launched as well.
HMD Global recently appointed UK-based PR agency Mother to run the marketing campaign for its upcoming products. Hopefully, something good will come out of this too.
